In Internet Explorer® go to Internet tools and then internet options and then custom level as seen below and enable download unsigned ActiveX® controls. Please note Firefox® does not support ActiveX® controls. You will now be able to see the live cctv cameras.
The first time you log onto watch the live cctv cameras you will need to install the remote viewing software. It will usually prompt you or a yellow bar will appear at the top of the page. If prompted click on download or Install.
